GREAT stuff as always Alyo!

I am always upset when guys don't run or workout. So assume an angry face emoji each time I write it.

I am not focusing on the news right now but I will say I've seen enough to know that making a mock right now is silly ... so I'll be waiting until some moves are finalized.

That said, this is a great group ... not fast, but full of talent. Last year the guys were fast. I am looking for 5th round to 7th AND UDFA.
And, to note, in a class with a lot of talent, tiny things can change where a guy gets taken and who may slide to the 4th or 5th rounds.
Some of my targets didn't test ... that is frustrating.

Israel Abanikanda, Pittsburgh didn't test. No bowl game no combine workout. Scowl intensifies.

Devon Achane, Texas A&M Kid came in on the rise for me and kept the pace going. I may have expected him in the 4.2s but I can't speak for the condition of the track at the end of Day 4 running right after O linemen. He was smooth. I know he's smaller but he runs with power so he's not off my board.

Tank Bigsby, Auburn Loved this kid at Auburn. He had a lot of carries and some injuries. But he's likely to be had late and I only want a #2 back to help finish games off or take a game or two if Akers gets hurt next year.

Chase Brown, Illinois So, this was my biggest riser. I have to admit that when watching him I didn't really know what I was seeing movement wise. After today it's a little clearer. His lateral agility happens to look like an "up and down" motion because of how high and violent he is when picking up his feet. I'm not interested until late, but he's on my board now.

Zach Charbonnet, UCLA Some team is going to be very happy they drafted him. He had a great day. He has a round 1 grade from me.

Travis Dye, USC I know he's injured so he gets a pass.

Tiyon Evans, Louisville He came in heavier than I imagined he would at 225. Then he moved really well. Surprise that he came out because he was building momentum, but he honestly looked great in drills and his timed speed was great for a back his size.

Zach Evans, Mississippi Was he hurt? So this guy is a bit of a conundrum ... recruited by TCU as the top RB in the class (Bijon was #2) ... loses his job to Kendre Miller and transfers. then loses his job to a freshman AA in Judkins. I needed to see him work out because his playing time indicates he isn't that good.

Jahmyr Gibbs, Alabama 4.36 of course. Great hands. Great feet. Someone will be happy.

Eric Gray, Oklahoma Didn't run. Bummed me out. I know he has lateral agility and hands.

Evan Hull, Northwestern In the postseason process he's shown me a ton. He's a 3 down back and can use power, agility, or speed to get a wat, and he had 500 yards receiving last year. And he's smoother than I thought. Likely will end up as a fourth rounder for me that'll slide.

Mohamed Ibrahim, Minnesota Disappointed in his size. Really one of my favorite backs on tape ... but I can't ignore 5-7 202 unless he's a speed guy, which he's not. That said, his drills were smooth and I'd consider him as a UDFA.

Roschon Johnson, Texas Had a great day. Is a great teammate and worker. He would be my preferred 5th rounder, but he'll likely be gone in the 3rd. Showed great hands and light choppy feet today at 6-1 219.

Hunter Luepke, North Dakota State No workout I am gonna have to watch youtubes of him.

DeWayne McBride, UAB No workout, need a reason there, he was a target and his measurables matter.

Kenny McIntosh, Georgia What I love about his workout is that it was below average and I'm glad because he may slide. He's only 204 but carries the weight like it's all muscle. His routes were smooth as were his feet. Again, I don't want to draft this position until the 5th round.

Kendre Miller, TCU No workout ... is his knee still an issue from the Championship game? He's a big target. 650 squats for the win.

Keaton Mitchell, East Carolina Surprised he came out ... quick and fast, likely will find a role like a Tariq Cohen.

Cam Peoples, Appalachian State Looked good to me, late rounder without too much wiggle ... and you want him witha head of steam rather than starting and stopping, but he was smooth in drills.

Deneric Prince, Tulsa Been waiting for this kid to announce his presence and I think he made the second most money (next to Brown) ... low 4.4s ... crips smooth fast drills. I'd consider him late. He could be a Dameon Pearce like player.

Bijan Robinson, Texas Yep. checked all the boxes.

Chris Rodriguez Jr., Kentucky No workout? I wanted to see him drill ... not worried about his straight line speed. Another target.

Tyjae Spears, Tulane What a postseason he's had (clapping for him because he's a great person). Could go top 50 now honestly, even without the 40, because he put up crazy vert and broad jumps.

Tavion Thomas, Utah Didn't test as well as I'd guessed he would, but he's a plodder playing at 240. I don't need him to be fast I need him to be impactful.

SaRodorick Thompson, Texas Tech I am not a fan of his, his day wasn't bad but in this class I can't see him as draftable.

Sean Tucker, Syracuse No workout. Need to know why. I had he and Chase Brown in the same bag and Chase got out.

Deuce Vaughn, Kansas State Underestimate him at your own risk. He didn't run the 40 and his burst numbers were decent, considering he is legit 5-5. If anyone can play in the league at that size, it's him.

TE will be next.

Questions and comments welcome.

So much good info on a position we could need an upgrade at! Thank you Sir! beer cheer smiley

#HelmetHornsMatter

“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.

“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
