No, because the cap will go up in coming years . Plus there always will be cap cuts and reworking contracts.It is like a revolving door.
Down the line the Rams will get rid of some big contracts due just because those contracts having run out (Kupp, Stafford, Donald).

So priority Nr. 1 is to get cap relief for this season.
