These rumored moves make it look more and more like a rebuild to me.
Rams will to have a killer draft and excellent free agency period in order to being contenders. No doubt about it.
And even then they only will go as far as Staffords right arm will take them.
One thing that has crossed my mind seeing all those moves: Maybe the Rams know that Stafford will not hold up this coming season.
Therefore the house cleaning and getting in position to get one of the young Qbs in next years draft.
