I didn't see much of the Browns either Ramsdude but I would rather see the Rams finding young players then some guy that is on his last leg. However, it paid off when they picked up Eric Wedell, but this was during the last half of the season, for a playoff run.

How is it that a guy who's 27 years old is on his last leg? That just doesn't make any sense.
There's a whole lot of folks that seem to think this draft is going to cure all that ails us. That's just not going to happen. And we don't have the money to go after young guns, we barely have the cash to keep our own. Bringing back vets we can get on the cheap, ala Woods, Johnson, and getting guys like Lewan is a more realistic assessment. There was a reason Weddle worked out, and it's about the only real path available.
We'll see how the draft crapshoot goes, but it's foolish to bank on it.
