They could very likely be clearing a lot of cap space for 2024 and beyond. By releasing Wagner, and IF they traded Ramsey, Floyd and Robinson (I don't think all 3 happen but let's just say what if),
plus assuming Donald retired next year, they could be up to more than $114M in 2024 cap space.
If they acquire another star player this offseason then you can have much of that money kick in in 2024. Etc.
