It was a clear holding call although a bit "ticky tac" of one. They missed a more flagrant PI on the same defender earlier. The game was really dictated by the Hurts fumble and the Butker missed FG, both in the 1st half. Had those not occurred, that late call would not have had the same impact.

Referees should not be bound by when a call is made, i.e. situational awareness. A penalty is a penalty no matter when it happens. Unless they are paid off by the Seahawks against the Rams.
