I think you have a valid point SoCal, but at some point, he is going to have to start filling thee needs with the draft. There are just too many holes to fill at this time, they are not one or two players short of being a championship roster. They have Stafford and Kupp on offense along Doland and Ramsey on defense, everyone else is just warm bodies. Sorry but that is the way I see it, and if they are going to continue to play that soft zone defense Donald and Ramsey are not needed.
I think you’re underestimating the supporting cast beyond the Big 4 players, Ramstein.
Actually, I think Rams are just 5-6 player upgrades away from SB contention again. And Snead has the entire offseason for trades, FA, and then 10 draft picks.
As an aside, I’m hopeful that McVay is gonna upgrade 8 of his asst coaching hires. He seems to be off to a good start at OC, TE, and OL. Five more to go.
