Why would they now?

Based on one good year why would he dump Morris suddenly for Ejiro.
McVay had a chance to promote Ejiro but hired Morris instead.
Other than Morris getting a HC job, which seems increasingly unlikely, I can't see a reason why McVay would make a change.
As much as some have opinions on Morris, I don't think he's done anything in McVay's eyes to get fired over.
If it hasn't happened by now, I doubt it will happen at all.
