It's time for US to be the "poacher" and not the "poachee"!!! Not only should we look into the Denver staff but we should also consider every team in the league that has someone who can upgrade our team.

We have lost so many coaches it's ridiculous! It got to the point where it was almost like the other teams purposely were taking our guys to try and "knock us down" a notch. Eventually, all those losses catch up to you.

That time has come. We need a dedicated "Poach Coach"!!! Let's get to poaching!!! lol
