Economically, wouldn't you want to draft OT and DE's.. hope you win the lottery and they perform really well on rookie contracts.
And then spend smaller FA dollars on interior O-linemen?

I think higher grade OT's/DE's tend to be able to start in year 1 vs other positions.. or am I wrong?

Otherwise, you blow your load on bigger dollars for OT/DE's FAs since they command much more dollars and then draft interior OL which take more time to develop, thus wasting the advantages of rookie contracts?
