He would be an excellent addition to any staff.
I'd like him to be an asst. that has a role as ASST. HC/ RUN GAME Coordinator and GAME DAY MANAGEMENT.
He would "oversee" the entire running game and work with the coaches to make sure things are "running smoothly" (Get it

On game day, he would be McVay's shadow....Overseeing the game, sidelines and help with clock management along with being another set of eyes for play selections.
He's run a top notch program at Stanford. He would be here for his stability and football knowledge....McVay's right hand man.....He's here to ENJOY the game of football and basically HELP OUT and cast his pearls of knowledge to the team.
