No doubt about it. They are taught to tackle that way, and they work on the technique. Whether or not it's to intentionally injure other players or not, I can't state dogmatically. But...... I have suspicions.

I would say the Australian leagues ban on the form is certainly precedent to make it illegal in the NFL.
