No they aren't. We are left trying to get excited about late round CBs that run 4.8s and 5'10" safeties. A lot of things broke our way last year and everything broke against us this year, bottomline we have not had the fundamentals of team building in place for a sustained run. Snead has repeatedly overpaid which required we hit on late picks, UDFAs, and late FA cheap vets. That has not happened.
