He THINKS he needs to do it all or it won't get done, or done right!

That's the issue.....There's only 24 hrs in a day and McVay thinks he needs to do it all. Thus, the plate is ALWAYS FULL!

IMHO.....He's staying in L.A.

He's just going to have to do what he doesn't do well.....Delegate the workload to your other coaches.....Trust them that they will get it done.

But, having a 37 year old Football Genius is tough....He wants it done RIGHT!.....If it's not done right, then I'll do it myself...That's the issue.

Luckily, that can be FIXED.....McVay will talk to Kroenke, and Kroenke will do what it takes to keep McVay the Rams HC!
