Not sure it makes sense.
So Sean has admitted to being overwhelmed and his solution is to make a power grab?
Or this is supposed to be an elaborate act or childish threat?
I can believe that letting his assistants leave is a dodge around firing them, but the rest doesn't sit right with me.
