McVay knows, this is as good as it gets in the NFL....He's no dummy.

If he wants to make some decisions that will free up some time for him and take some responsibilities off his plate, then let him do so, he is the HC.

I think he's STAYING in L.A......For the long haul.....He just wants to figure out how to make it all work out, for him and the team.
