Yeah, Rickey Medlocke..

is a big name performer.. He was the founding member of Blackfoot and they put out a LOT of LPs.. so, here's the kicker: Rickey Medlocke originally played drums for... Lynyrd Skynyrd.. but he didn't want to play drums, so he formed Blackfoot to play guitar and sing..

Rickey actually called my house once, when Tim was playing for him.. They had played in Dallas and I missed the show due to being sick or something.. so, Tim has Rickey call and leave a message on my machine, saying something like "This is Rickey Medlocke wit the Texas State Highway Patrol.. Next time you miss a show, you're gonna be arrested!".. pretty cool.. my wfie accidentally erased the message..
