Cold yes-but never so much as that day with the wind coming off the lake at Wrigley. Truth be told the actual coldest I've been was on a stalled chair lift at a small ski resort outside of Anchorage-near the air force base- on Thanksgiving afternoon when it was totally dark ! I've never been scared before in the cold like I was that day (night?). Half hour seemed like half a day.
