Not just the movie itself but more so the way Marvel wrapped the whole 10 years and 22 films up. Could not have asked for better. It just isn't often to be at a movie theater that is not only totally packed but has the audience openly cheering several times and audibly gasping several others.
This is where the patience and dripping-with-anticipation that Marvel created starting 10+ years ago SO pays off. And it's the absolute antithesis of DC's "OK HERE'S FLASH AND AQUAMAN AND CYBORG AND NOW THEY'RE ALL A TEAM IN 45 MINUTES READY-SET-GO" approach....
It was a quick three hours... and I would have watched it again right there.
I have enjoyed all the movies. And I am having a hard time believing I have seen all of them... but I have and most more than once... some several times.
Endgame was epic. Had my issues with it, as is usual with movies for me, but enjoyed it a lot. And now there is some serious concern that it is over. I mean I know there will be other movies but that this chapter is over... and I'm not really looking forward to the next chapter.
I find DC movies entertaining but kind of throw away time wasters. I don't remember much about any of them.
