Completely at a loss, now..

Just got back from Dallas and my 4th surgical evaluation.. This guy says I don't need surgery.. the first 3 guys ALL said I needed C3 and C4 either replaced or fused plus needed bone spurs removed and some other minor stuff.. I don't get it.. I understand differing opinions, but really? 3 guys say I need it - and fairly quickly - and then one says I don't? Are 3 guys just trying got make a buck? Is one guy disinterested? I dunno..
Pit of depression here, now.. I thought I was finally going to get fixed and now I not only have to start over - again.. My wife was there when he told me I didn't need surgery..She said it looked like my entire soul drain out my body.. and it feels like it.. I really don't know how much more of this I can take...
