No, that's not how you manage wealth. Borrowing costs, especially for the super wealthy are so low right now as to be inconsequential. You access a line of capitol when you need. You think Mark Davis can't borrow hundreds of millions of dollars when he has a team worth over 2 billion dollars that he can use as collateral?
None of these guys are going to file chapter 11 because they can't make payments. they have guaranteed revenue streams with tv contracts, tickets, etc.
How do you think Trump gets the money he needs to fund property purchases, renovations, etc. It's well documented that he has very little liquid cash. Even with all his bankruptcies he still has Deutsche bank. You think movie producers like the weinsteins wrote checks from their savings accounts to fund 50+ million dollar movies?
