He is not a top 5 QB nor should he be paid like a top 5 QB regardless of the timing of his contract.

One caveat...he plays like an MVP and wins the Super Bowl.

I recall the conversation on this board during the season...do a new deal for Goff this offseason.

Well...thank goodness we didn't.

Goff is good enough to get to a Super Bowl and win a Super Bowl...but he's not a guy who carry's a team...not yet anyway.
