Not sure of Kupp's hit, will look at it. But Cooks was straight up helmet to the head. Now they may have thought Cooks was lowering his (head goes where the shoulder takes it), but the db led with the helmet for sure. Also thought the league back in NY could buzz the refs on that type of hit. Also the Gurley run, why didn't the official buzz down and call for the review.
