We need both players but losing Joyner would take a lot out of the secondary.
Almost a death blow combined with losing Tru and having Webster questionable.
Troy Hill and J. Johnson trying to hold it down in the secondary would be a real disadvantage unless we pull a doozy of a draft and grease an additional solid F.A. starter there.
We lost a great deal of talent losing the Jack Rabbit and Rodney McCloud .
I don't think we are nearly as good despite Joyners rise.
I like Sammy Watkins but it may be smart to allow him to check the market and give us a chance to match his offer .
I don't want to see him go but I'm not sure he's going to ever bust loose and put up pro bowl numbers here .
This is more of a community share the wealth design offense outside of Gurley and the WRs will probably slide back when the TEs eventually grow anyway.
