That simply can't be overlooked, at least considered, IMHO.
Just how important is his specific position/role in terms of wins and getting the Ram's back into the playoffs soon? Can that amount of money be re-allocated in a manner than increases the chances of success?
You can answer that 'he's vital and no that money can't be allocated in a manner than supercedes the value of AD"... but, you certainly have to 'at least' stop and think about it. - JamesJM
