So how much lies on Fisher, Boudreau and the OC with how they dealt with the development of a young green kid coming out? Was moving him around back and fourth between OT and G from the beginning that detrimental to him?
I would love to see how each team undergoes psychological interviews and evaluations with players being drafted. It seems to me that this another big player on why players fail. There just isn't enough time to spend with each player to really get a chance to properly judge their heart and mental toughness. That's why I always loved drafting successful ex-wrestlers.
