I'm not sure where this 7-9 BS comes from but its not happening IMO.
I think the change will be good. Barring major injuries I predict 10-6... at least I can see that scenario in my head... I saw it in 2013 too and Williams stunk up the joint for the first 6 or 7 games... easily could and should have been 10-6 that year if Hill stayed healthy. Hopefully Phillips can get the defense up and running early and McV can get the offense to be more effective.
