I would love for you to be right, Z. I had the feeling back in April, that no matter which QB the Rams picked between Wentz and Goff, the other guy would turn out to be the better QB. I even reasoned that the Rams should do the greatest due diligence in terms of evaluation, and whichever player they reasoned was better, pick the other player. This is just based on the way a lot of their drafts have gone over the last decade.
:/
Well they did manage to pick 2 rookies of the year back to back, which to my recollection has never been done before. And I submit that they have a very good record with lower picks too, measured against the kind of percentages of hits you would expect to see from a good drafting team. The recent drafts are nothing like the old Martz/Armey or Linehan Zygmunt drafts, which were basically just awful. It's night v. day.
