You need talent and depth on the roster to win games in the NFL. Fisher and Snead had none of that when they took over 4 years ago.
We can "Want" and "Wish" for better seasons, but that is not the reality. Our talent level was 7-9, or worse when you throw in the injury bug and the QB carousel.
"You can't make chicken soup out of chicken poop".........No matter how much fans want to win... We don't coach. We don't break down film. We don't evaluate players game by game. We don't game plan. We don't practice. We have no idea that a player is getting blown off the ball or simply cannot execute his job.
All I know is this.........This is the best roster we have had in 4 years. We have a young QB and how Fisher handles Goff will be his evaluation as Rams HC. This team is ready to Win, and WIN BIG.
