even though I get your point. It's what I think is a Fisher failing...
sure... stick to your plan, as long as it's working... but when things conflict with your plan then frikkin' ADAPT. Fisher won't... no matter the cost. Don't write ANYTHING in stone... be malleable. Be like Bellicheat.

I see so much of that these days.... and from both sides of any debate. The media is a non-factor.. if you're allowing the media to influence you in the least then you should be fired immediately... I don't think this happens... well, maybe slightly. '
Goff being 'ready' doesn't follow a script... as you say certainly not our script of the media's... but it doesn't follow Fisher & Co's script either... and if they can't recognize that.. they aren't worth a damn as a coaching staff in the NFL. - JamesJM
