So far every single 'negative' I've read about Goff has indicated his mis-throws are 'mental'.. that is, he just isn't caught up with the system yet... haven't seen much about him making bad throws because of 'arm' problems... I'm going to take that as a good thing, a very good thing.
One thing I didn't like, and still don't, about Keenum is that I just didn't see the 'arm' required by an NFL team, not one that's seeking to make the playoffs anyway... and that despite him being more knowledgeable and experienced in the Ram's system. In fact, last QB for the Ram's I felt confident had a good enough 'arm', (and not just strength), was Bulger. - JamesJM
