$1000 per year with free ticket still isn't a deal for me. With streaming (netflix, Apple TV) and NFL gamepass I am at about $250 a year. And I don't have the headache of calling directv every 3 or 4 months and being on the line for an hour or more... That said, I have enjoyed having Directv for 20 years and I have no regrets. I'm interested to see how directv plans to stay in business. I'm guby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and one of the throws was an under thrown ball to Britt that would have been a TD with a better throw. I agree with LMU93 that at times he can throw the deep ball. Nonetheless, its a good thing they don't do low-lights because there would have been more than 8 passes... Not trying to bash Keenum. I am rooting for him. Nothing would make me happier than him becoming great and Goff never seeiby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
You seem to be describing the opposite of what I see in Britt. I hope he does not play like him. I would want him to play like someone good. Lol. I think Quick has the tools to be very good. He does play soft and hasn't shown good hands so in that way he reminds me of Britt or even more like Jared Cook. Great role models. Smh Edit. That came out wrong. if the offense can't get a first down and extend a drive. But then if the offense sputters like it has every year, it won't matter much what the defense does.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure what the Rams were asking but I can't imagine it would have been much more than that. To be fair when these rumors started I think I said I would have taken a 5th or maybe it was a 7th... I simply want to see 3rd downs converted. That is first and foremost. There is a laundry list for me but that is first. I like Keenum and if he greatly improves then I would dead wrong. But it's kind of like they're grooming you to pay more in the future. I went from $35/mo to $125 in 3 years. After the sticker shock I was able to compose myself and call them and politely ask the wtf happened to my bill? So they reduced it to $80 but that was the "best they could do". not sure about the Chubs reference... but guessing you don't mean Chubb who is on the PS... Is Cam's nickname Chubs? I don't have a good feeling about this season. I like Keenum and I think he's a try hard guy. Maybe with experience he can make quicker decisions and that will help offset his weaknesses. And if so, he seems to have the drive to be good. I like some country music but like others have said just not much contemporary. Actually, I don't like a lot of the old stuff either. I like the Statler Brothers... The best way to describe my tastes in country type of music is; I like Hank Williams Sr. but not so much Hank Williams Jr. Most of the time I just need to feel it has heart, no matter what the music is. who actually go to war. I remember Turley saying it like 13 years ago or whenever and it just kind of didn't sit right with me. And that was when the US was attacking Iraq. I had just got off the phone with my friend's mother who was beside herself because her son was fighting over there... I'm sure football mothers are concerned too but usually people don't die playing football. I agree withby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Haven't seen anything on him... Not even a PS spot for him. And this is a long running pet peeve of mine about football players, coaches, etc. saying they are "going to war". Its not war, its not even close. Getting off my soapbox now. Nothing to see here.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

and they can get him on the practice squad. Is that how that works? lol The Goff pick reminds me of the Robinson pick... which reminds me of the Quick pick... potential. A player who will hopefully turn the corner at year 3. I think that was what Fisher meant. Goff isn't going to start the season #3 QB... he is going to start in his 3rd season.... on bad movies and QBs. i've noticed that "bank it" usually doesn't mean much, so I am guessing that they will win more than that. But Hill will never stay healthy so we will never know... is alive and well in Sussex County thank you. And although we don't have any pure Bigfoots, we certainly have some hybrids. And they are good people. I'm sure they are going to grab someone. Yes, if they offer a 1 for Keenum (and the Rams take it) that would be very close to making the season a success just to get a 1 back. But I agree with others who say the Vikings are looking for a backup to their immobile 36 year old starter. I doubt they want their underrated rookie in the huddle.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and you're probably right about the Vikings preferring Keenum over Hill. But even if Keenum goes there, he would be backing up Hill until Hill is injured or Keenum knows the playbook well enough to take over. Honestly though, I'm not sure he can beat out Hill. I think he got a bum rap with some fans but I just don't see it. He's been pretty solid everywhere he has gone.... and based on the circumby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com

instead of whoever the hell the Rams had... another horrible footnote of a QB vs MVP? I think Austin would probably do a little better in a better offense. I'd also wonder how many passes Ginn caught at the LOS and was expected to make a play somehow. I would take Hill over Keenum but its a bit of a toss up. I think if you put Hill (assuming he can still walk at his age) behind a good OL he will do pretty well... better than average (and better than Keenum). I also think he's one of the better QB's the Rams have had in the past 10 years but that's like saying "that's one of the better cheeseburgers McDonald's has made". Now I am sure there is someone on this board who knows exactly how many passes Austin caught at or near the LOS but I don't. It seems like it was most of his catches. It also seems that he had to instantly elude 2 or 3 defenders if he wasn't tackled by the first guy. To that end, to me, its just another running play.
