QuoteDrew2839 For both of those TD's they were just waaaaay off in their analysis. Neither of those "disputed" TD catches were that close IMO. Agreed. Ertz especially— 3 steps then a dive. Collinsworth should understand the rule by now! I hate to say this, but I think it’s possible the catch rule could get worse next year....by XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
I hear ya. Too often the Rams would get a play off with literally one second left on the play clock. And I agree the rams need to improve their hurry-up offense in crunch time... not inspiring. If the Rams could have pulled out that Philly game, the #1 seed was there for the taking, and, well...maybe....by XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
What a lights-out coaching game. Agreed first two calls were home runs. But I think the last one was correct, too. I think you need to call a run and drain the full 40 seconds off the clock there. When any team is down to 60 seconds and no timeouts and has to drive 65 or more yards to get a TD... that is an awfully tough scenario. Even if the FG was missed, I think it would have beenby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
Three very inconsistent players. Some games tremendous, other games terrible. This D will look different with a giant run-clogging NT and a bigger MLB next to Ogletree. To Ram 43 and others... if ( like me) you don’t think you can make it through the whole offseason without re-watching Rams games, the NFL Game Pass is only 75 bucks, perhaps a worthwhile investment.by XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
That first TD drive with the rollout pass to Kupp for the score ... That’s when I knew the Fisher nightmare was over and the McVay dream had begunby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com

Who out there is better than TruJo? Breland, Butler, Joseph? I think TruJo is under appreciated cuz of his bloated salaryby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsdude How do you really describe the Cheatriots run? Dynasty or Travesty? All the cheating and trying to get around the rules is not something to proud of IMO. If the league has to "burn the evidence" to cover it up, you know it must have been so bad that it could have brought down the NFL. Lawsuits would have put the league in bankruptcy. Sigh. What an awesome year, still can’t quite accept its over. Love the comments about McVay’s decision making about who dresses on game days for ST’s. Yet more proof we have an *exceptional* coach. What a special year for GZ, I don’t know how he found his perfect stroke this year, but I hope he can find it again. Amazing how good our ST’s were despite the TA debacles in the first fewby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram I read virtually every post on this board and I don't recall anyone promoting a return to 'run, run, pass, punt' let alone "so many people". Could you link a couple of those posts for me? I totally disagree with Ram 81 re. the resting starters issue, but when it comes to “complaints” about “not enough runs” I agree with Ram81. The biggest busts in the Snisher era were low-football-IQ guys, including Robinson, Quick, and even (I’d argue ) Tavon. I have a lot of confidence in Snead and I think he’s gonna look even better now that he’s grocery shopping for a master chef instead of the cook at the local diner. Great trades, just great. Excellent track record with undrafted FA’s like McLeod, Hekker, Cunningham, Westbby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
I’ve never felt this way at the end of a Rams season... for some reason I’m just refusing to accept it’s over. The game against Philly convinced me that this team could beat anyone in the NFL. A loss in the divisional round I could process maybe, but this season just felt too good to be a one and done year. I am going to be so eager for football this Fall it’s not even funny.by XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
Many elephants in this room... I’m ok with Mannion and sure don’t want to spend precious resources on a vet backup qb. ( who would be an upgrade, anyway?) Mannion is a vet with decent skills. Bigger elephants include TruJo, Donald, Joyner, Watkins, and what to do with Quinn, Barron. Plenty of big questions for this team, but backup qb is like #27 on the list IMHO.by XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
Rams 81, most everyone understands your point, yet most disagree with you. Just the way it is. Personally, I think it insults the players’ professionalism and intelligence to think they “can’t handle” a rest week. On the one hand, there’s the risk of injury and the benefit of rest (after, what, 20 straight weeks of playing the most brutal sport there is?). OTOH, the risk of “losing yourby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
Without that late Winston TD, I honestly believe Rams would be heading to Philly and then the NFCC. Losing the 4 seed was a killer IMO.by XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRFIP QuoteRams43 Pitiful that he could not get him the ball in more advantageous situation. I had higher hopes than what I saw... when you have a wr who runs a 4.25 and you can't get him in space....sorry, that's on the play caller. And I'm not saying TA is a great receiver, just making an observation about that ridiculous stat. I will be very intrigued on how productive he is and howby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com

I wouldn’t be too disappointed with a London game again given how we rocked it in 2017. We might even have a slight competitive advantage if we did it again, cuz we know how to acclimate the best way now. As long as it’s preceded by a late East coast game and followed by a bye week I’d be ok with it.by XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 QuoteSunTzu_vs_Camus not bad without an offseason and missing 4 games. iirc Not to nitpick, Sun... But Watkins was far behind Gurley’s 19 TD’s. And 3 ahead of both Woods and Kupp. Plus, it’s a bit misleading to say he missed the offseason. He had the entire 4 preseason games. And it’s not as if he was a green rookie. This was his 4th NFL season. That’s a seasoned vet, tby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamUK I can Eagles and Vikes being on MNF and maybe a 9er game too. Good times! Ugh... I forgot, next year the rams will have a SNF game and a MNF game or two...that alone will make the schedule “harder.” Then again, maybe some more prime-time exposure will be a good thing...this young team needs to get used to the big stage and being in the national spotlight.by XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRampage2K- I watched the reply six times in super slow motion and I still don’t see where there is clear and obvious evidence that the ball ever hit the ground. Had the officials ruled that incomplete I’d have no problem with the replay confirmation because there is just no way to tell either way, BUT they ruled it a catch and just can’t see anyway they can definitely tell that ball eveby XXXIVwin - RamsFootballFans.com
