Any observations of Braden Fisk? I didn’t watch a ton of FSU games. In fact the LSU game was the only Seminole game that I watched in its entirety. I remember Verse being a headache in that game and that helping out the rest of the FSU line, but that seems like a lifetime ago now. So who knows if I’m even remembering that correctly? Anyway, Fisk is a d-lineman who interests me depending on what tby canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

As retirement approaches we have been talking about spending winters or at least February somewhere else. Either somewhere tropical or even Victoria, British Columbia where the winters are mild when compared to the north shore of Lake Superior.by canadaram - Bucky's Pub
Aging has had the same effect on me when it comes to cold weather. I used to be able to tolerate it, but over the last few winters I’ve found myself questioning why anyone would ever choose to live here.by canadaram - Bucky's Pub
So I don’t have any vivid memories of watching Henderson’s goal, but in Canada it is often discussed as being one of the most significant events in our history. Not just a significant event in the history of Canadian sports, but Canadian history period. Phil Esposito’s interview after Canada lost game 4 in Vancouver is probably the second most memorable event of the series for Canadians.by canadaram - Bucky's Pub
That best of 3 final between Canada and the Soviets was as intense of a series that I’ve ever had to endure. Three consecutive games with a score of 6-5. Gretzky had already cemented himself as a legend long before that tournament, but it was Lemieux’s coming out party.by canadaram - Bucky's Pub
It reminds me of how important it is to expose kids to as many different activities as possible. Who knows what they will be drawn to? Kudos to any people who work at the grassroots level of any sport. Especially those sports that aren’t considered mainstream in a specific region. That’s a great story, James. There used to be the Canada Cup series that occurred in September every 3 or 4 years . It was a tournament that happened, not surprisingly, in Canada and involved all the best hockey nations. At that time professionals were not allowed to play in the Olympics, so the Canada Cup was important to hockey-mad Canadians because it was the only time that our best players could truly compete againstby canadaram - Bucky's Pub
A definite tie between those two. I would be equally thrilled if the Rams went back to either of those choices as their primary colours. The blue and gold and current colours were undeniable mistakes.by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

Yeah, Ram23 said that he muted the TV broadcasts. I don’t remember him saying that he listened to the radio broadcast while he watched, but I do that though. The game is always delayed on the Sirius app, so if I don’t pause the game on TV and let the audio catch up then it is a little frustrating. On a related note, I will say that I miss St Louis play-by-play man Steve Savard since the Rams movby canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com
the day that teams typically workout players with an eye on potentially signing them if/when needed. If the Rams are looking at making a switch at kicker, perhaps we hear something today. It’s crazy that a committee gets to decide which undefeated team has to stay at home. With that said, I think that Alabama, Georgia and Ohio State could probably all beat Florida State now that the Seminoles are starting their backup QB, but it seems unfair that an undefeated power- conference champion does not get a chance to play for the title. Glad that this will be improved next year.by canadaram - Bucky's Pub

But there are also stretches of desolation. Northwestern Ontario from the Manitoba border to Lake Superior is heavy boreal forest and not much else for hundreds upon hundreds of kilometres. There are sections of two lane highway where there isn’t a straight stretch to be found for hours and when you combine that with the steady stream of 18-wheelers it can be a harrowing experience in a vehicle.by canadaram - Bucky's Pub
but that’s coming from the respective of a vehicle driver. As both a cyclist (11 speed bike, not a motorcycle) I am aware that potholes in a vehicle and potholes on a bike are different animals. That said, when I ride my bike on the sections of the Trans-Canada around where I live, it is usually in good shape. but it is mostly referred to as the Trans-Canada Highway. It branches off with some parallel routes in some provinces and different highway numbers might confuse some from out of the country, or even out of province drivers. For example, the part that runs through northern Ontario is Highway 11/17, you’ll see both 11/17 signs and Highway 1 signs. It is two lane nightmare in some parts of our regiby canadaram - Bucky's Pub
