Being a Rams fan I've learned that hope can be too much to ask of me. That said, I always live in the moment and enjoy any victory that comes on game day. However, asking me to start venturing into hope territory is too much to ask at this point. Loved being able to watch a competent looking QB and a stingy defense in blowout win though. Such a happy couple of hours for this Rams fan.by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

I was onboard for not moving up and drafting Lynch. Oh well. After the trade I preferred Wentz and still do. Hopefully I'm also wrong on that front.by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

Their measurables seem similar (height, weight, speed etc.)l and both were selected in the 4th round of the draft. Reynolds was more productive in the SEC than Gibson, so hopefully he has better luck with the Rams than Gibson did with the Steelers. Reynolds was touted as a deep threat in the Ourlads publication, perhaps he ends up meeting those expectations, I'm just not that optimistic about hiby canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

I've been around, just not posting too often. I liked reading your knowledgable comments about 'Open Water.' My ignorance about diving probably allowed me to like the movie more than you did. :)by canadaram - Bucky's Pub
Not an ocean movie like the others listed here, but the ocean plays a big part in this true story. It's a pretty good movie, but it's a great book. I'm glad that Open Water is mentioned here. I was engrossed by that movie. The Life Aquatic is also great, but I love all of Wes Anderson's movies.by canadaram - Bucky's Pub
As long as the guys seem to try on Sunday I won't dislike any of them. Crouch giving up will always bother me. I'm sure I don't know everything that went on behind the scenes with Crouch so perhaps it's unfair of me to have a problem with him. As his career progressed I was never super fond of Alex Barron either. From the 70s to the 80s I loved them all, even Dieter Brock. I was a kid so allby canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com
I hate the collars too. I didn't think I could dislike the Rams jerseys anymore than I already did then Nike took over and added the collars.by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com
Living where I live I'm used to doing things in the cold. I have no problem doing things outside in the cold. You just have to know how to dress for it. I've experienced cold weather outdoor games many times, including local high school games. I've also experienced the comfort of a dome on cold days. I loved it. If I'm going to be in attendance I want a dome. If I'm watching on tv I like outdooby canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

As someone who will probably never live close to a city with a professional sports franchise, I never give much thought to PSLs. The one thing that just dawned on me about LA's new stadium, and MetLife Stadium, is the ability to collect PSL money from two fan bases. I'm no businessman, but I'm guessing that this ability to double up on PSL money doesn't lead the PSL price setters to say, "by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

The year before Linehan arrived in Miami the Dolphins' offense was 29th overall. It finished 14th under Linehan. He also took the rushing game from 31st to 12th, Considering where it started that's pretty good improvement. I'm sure that there is some context with Linehan that I'm not considering, but I'd be pretty happy if McVay and company can get that kind of improvement from the Rams offense iby canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com
Donnel Pumphrey had a great year running for the Aztecs. Maybe Miller had something to do with that?by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com
I still really enjoy reading The Huddle Report. Boylhart's writing style makes for unique and interesting player evaluations. Every year he he usually has a couple of surprise players ranked quite highly, and a few highly regarded players ranked lower than most. Of course he's not perfect, but none of these guys/outlets are batting a thousand.by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

My favourite televised sporting event that did not involve the Rams, Boston Bruins or the Olympics was the 1985 NCAA basketball final between Villanova and Georgetown. That game would have been great on without play-by-play, but Musburger just added to the moment for me. Back when I still watched pre-game shows he and Irv Cross were my favourites on Sundays.by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes, other HCs have had varying degrees of success calling their own plays (e.g. Andy Reid, Martz, etc.). I'm just not a fan of such a young coach doing it during his first year as a HC in the NFL. Lots of wait and see left to go in this situation, obviously.by canadaram - RamsFootballFans.com

There is a resounding feeling across all of football that the rookie season of Joey Bosa isn't heading toward trouble. It isn't close to over. Actually, what three general managers said in interviews was that it is over. It's done. It's gone. The dumbass Chargers flushed it down the toilet.
