The year before Linehan arrived in Miami the Dolphins' offense was 29th overall. It finished 14th under Linehan. He also took the rushing game from 31st to 12th, Considering where it started that's pretty good improvement. I'm sure that there is some context with Linehan that I'm not considering, but I'd be pretty happy if McVay and company can get that kind of improvement from the Rams offense in year one.
