To me (and probably to the Rams) he adds an extra layer to the offense, and one that needs playmakers. He's also the most productive returner we've had in a long LONG time. If he can flip a game or two during the season (and has), then that's worth some money. I tend not to get too caught up in the cap or its implications, because I don't wanna be a fan/CPA. And I'm sure they've accounted forby -X- - RamsFootballFans.com
Because I made it up. I went through all of the game logs and counted them all. Along with those 5 TDs he had 680 AP yards taken away. So whether or not they count - to me - is irrelevant. He can find the endzone in 3 phases of the game. At any rate, again, it comes down to *not* classifying him as strictly a receiver. The Rams appear to place a separate value on that and paid him accordingby -X- - RamsFootballFans.com

The Rams had 2 penalties that extended the Lions' drive (on third down), including another one on 4th down on one of Detroit's touchdowns that was declined. Had they not scored, they would have had another opportunity anyway. They also had 2 penalties that stalled their own drive, both of which happened deep in their own territory, back-to-back, that turned a 3rd & 5 into a 3rd & 15by -X- - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotewv ramJust looked to me like Keenum got impatient at the end. I think Montana woulda just worked the ball down the field slowly, and gotten in field goal range as the first priority. QuoteHollywood Ram I don't know the rules of the NFL very well, but let's say Gurley finds a crease and does score. Wouldn't it be called back for holding on Jamon Brown. He flat out bear hugged that LB/DB on that play as he pulled. Yeah, that was almost comical. Like he was welcoming home his friend who returned from 3 tours overseas. You'd think it would have been called either way. Scoby -X- - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotewv ram Keenum is not very experienced you know. How many games has he actually started now counting his Texan days? w v He played 22, started 21. And this isn't an excuse, or a reason, or anything other than an accounting of the facts. Keenum has played for 4 head coaches (2 in 2013), and 4 offensive coordinators in his 22 starts. Quotewv ramI'll just say this -- its still early in year5. Three and Three is not the same as Seven and Nine. There's still plenty of time for this team to progress and grow for them to go on a run. Quotewv ramDefinitely an old-school call. A John Robinson call. I woulda liked to have seen them spread out, and then given Keenum some options. w v I would have liked to have seen that too.
