Good post, zn. But here’s the thing. It is my belief that the Snead/McVay combo would have found success anyway without Wade, Big Whit, Woods, etc. Would have involved different coaches, different players, of course. Maybe a few different draft picks here and there. Might have taken a bit longer to get to the SB. But they would have simply found other ways to succeed. Yeah, the league averages for quality starters picked in rounds 2-5 are sobering, AlbaNY. But there are 3 factors that are operating in the Rams favor, I think. 1. Better talent evals and better communication between McVay and Snead as to type of players/positions desired. Almost a mind-meld thing with these two guys. Lol. 2. We now have coaches that excel in rapid player development comby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Some comments are beyond flattering, tbh. So, I can only conclude that Henderson is meeting or exceeding some rather lofty expectations already. Add in that his skills are a perfect match for this McVay running O and I think we may have a perfect match of player and coach. Bottom line is that who Henderson reminds us of is of little interest to me right now.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
With benefit of camp, Aaron Donald says 'this should be my best year yet' Cameron DaSilva No defensive player in the NFL has been better than Aaron Donald the last two years. This ‘19 Ram team has improved marginally on O, and improved substantially on D. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see an improvement on ST, either. Last year’s ST was not among coach Bones best, after all. Now, will this team equal or even improve upon that 13-3 record of ‘18? Who knows? I’m just saying that it looks like a better team to me, overall. Sooooo...by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Taylor Rapp building a reputation as a ‘flat-out baller’ in Rams camp By Gary KleinStaff Writer The transition from college football to the NFL is going smoothly for Taylor Rapp. The Rams’ rookie safety meshed well and impressed during offseason workouts, and he continued to gain confidence during the first week of training camp, which included two practices with the Chargers. This weekby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Projecting Rams depth chart following training camp Cameron DaSilva After just one week of practices, 2019 training camp is in the books for the Los Angeles Rams. As brief as it may have been, it was a productive week of work on the field. It included a few walk-throughs, several team practices and two joint practices with the Chargers, giving players the chance to go against a Super Boby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Here’s a few more bubba tidbits... I watched Gaines and Jo_Day closely today. Both have skills to bring. Gaines takes on blockers and stuffs the middle, Day has more side to side skill is quicker and a much better penetrater. Day is as big or bigger than Brockers. Something new I saw today. Here’s oldnotdead... I wouldn't annoit SJD the starter just yet. He's a 2nd yr player so he better look better than a rookie with one week under his belt. That said SJD didn't get much penetration. More than once he got stoned one on one. So he's still struggling to get off blocks. But it's still early for both SJD and Gaines. And as pointed out, Wade loves to rotate guys to keep them fresh.
