could be huge on those longer passes they did last time. IMO I think that Forbes was looking too much at the QB which made getting by him that much easier. At the same time I think that having Q back there will provide a better deep cover aspect plus he'll keep the back end more aware as well. The adrenaline will be in high gear. Just flow with the blows the 1st quarter and stay to your game and that high will evaporate. Stay steady play your game, they will wear out as the adrenaline drops. The weather will be on both teams. The lore is elephants never forget, if that's the case I'm betting that Coach has last years playoffs on top of mind, as well as the play against the panthers recently. The taste of coming so close and losing hold last year is still felt, by Coach and by all the players. We stayed downtown near the 16th Street Mall. It's a kinda closed to cars street with a bunch of shops/restaurants and the jazz bar was on that street as well. Larimer Square is a good walking area as well. The baseball stadium is more in that area. Mile High, we had to drive to (took an uber) so parking, getting in and out no headaches for us. Oct. Cold and flurries(at the game), otherwise the weather was sunny and pleasant, almost warm at times. Used an uber to and from the game. Nice Stadium, decent/friendly fans. Bunches of stuff to go/see from Red Rocks to the Art Museum and natural History Museum. Found a great jazz bar and good food places as well. I'd recommend the visit.by roman18 - RamsFootballFans.com

panthers win and we have a chance of going to the game as it's only 1 hr. away. Missed the reg. season game in Charlotte due to vacation schedule, so trading up for a playoff game trip would be IMO a fair trade off for Mary and me. Can't do that money wise without the cheaper draft salaries. Guys like Durant like to play aggressive, IMO so does Forbes. I really thought that Spoon could be a big player in the backend, but he seems to be afraid to make contact. For this D to play up to it's ability they need a push from the middle and the guys on the outside to stay in their lanes, not just run at the QB, but do it in a controlled aggressive way. Of course they need a CB in the draft you always draft them. IMO LB is in good shape, and the D-Line has talent as well, so does edge.....If just 1 guy isn't executing the plan a gap can blow open...Sounds like you'd throw out the entire bunch and redo it, at that rate you'd be rebuilding forever...LOL.... These are the same players who were in the top of the rankings this season. They don't execute to what they are coached to do IMO. When they were doing what they were supposed to do they were at/near the top. Doesn't help to have some of the top O's coming at you over this course of time either. it also seems to me that the game is slowly getting away from it's original ideas(s)...men against men and those men make the game's outcome. It's morphed into the guys not playing making the plays that can determine outcomes...and it's well received(or they would fix it). A team can only do what the other team allows, or can't stop. 1 way to offset BY and others is to get the pass out fast, move the passing point, scheme block the rush tendencies. I don't think they want to go into the playoffs with 3 losses in a row. I don't think they want to help 1 of their own draft spots to go down. I don't think that you should look to cede anything when it comes to the playoffs. When he says he doesn't care where they are seeded at that same time I don't think he saying at the cost of the team winning those games before hand. that game, or any of the others that winning the SB would be an easy walk . IMO it's just as hard to win a SB if you are 17-0, 16-1 etc....as it is to win it from the WC up. Every team in the playoffs got there by the same way, beating those they needed to beat. RAMS got there once with a 9-7 record. just letting the guy work through bruises etc.....it doesn't mean actual injury issues, just 16 games worth of wear and tear. I also think that our over all talent still gives the RAMS an edge over a team like the falcons. IMO we should handle them even with 3-4 guys out. a person can relate what a player/coach does one place and he assumes that that will be the same with another team. It may be something to point out, but it doesn't mean..."he does that there, he does the same here". Many a player has been brought into a new team in FA and he doesn't look at all like he did with his old team, IMO same can go for a coach. you'd have to be kicking a lot of 50 yard+ kicks......I remember when we had a guy like that in Zuerlein...oh yeah...everyone was complaining all we did was get 3 points and few TD's......he was for a time our scoring threat. Now we have a QB with 40 TD's and counting....but dang we need a better kicker....LOL.....
