McVay does irrational impulse decisions like challenging calls when there is little benefit or no chance to win the challenge. Calls timeouts when his mind stutters and he can't decide what play to call when he should have had a couple plays ready several downs earlier. Macaffrey has been productive but has been a workhouse. Running backs who are workhouses don't usually have long careers. Running back might be a position using a first round pick on a low risk running back would be good cap management.by sfbayram - RamsFootballFans.com
