He was the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2009 until the 2011 season, during which time the Buccaneers went 17-31-0. During his career he was a head coach for three seasons.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
but he doesn't seem to use exotic coverages pre-snap like Staley did. However, Morris kinda plays that bend-don't -break zone (Tamp 2) defense but mixes in a few more coverages & stuff from Staley's version. I think Staley calls a better game....and our defense will NOT fool QBs like last year...but we'll make other teams take long drives by giving up short stuff & run creases in movinby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
Especially with Stafford now being our QB. Stafford's arm & penchant for taking deep shots is already like having a speedster at WR every play. imo Teams seem to be defending us back to front...daring us to establish a running game and content with letting underneath stuff get strung together. Kinda like how our defense plays!! lol I think we need to really ground & pound with Sonby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

I have just one point....Stafford. I know this may be heresy...but Stafford is my favorite Rams QB....ever. I'm a sucker for all his physical traits and remarkable arm...but his composure in the pocket and always looking downfield is something special that I have not seen since Warner...cept Warner has nowhere near the arm strength. I also just want folks to watch how fast the ball gets thereby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
He seems avg to me and doesn't even look that fast in his college vids. He may have clock speed...but not game-day speed. I dunno, but there have been guys over the years that operate at another planet when moving(C2K, Vick, Hill, etc). Those move like everyone else are standing still. I just don't see that burst and otherworldly speed from Atwell...in any of his vids. We'll see...heck, Taby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

the WR ...not the TE group. I don't think Harris' frame is right for TE...it's better suited to be a big WR in the Mike Evans mold. imoby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
Very few teams can make a run at the playoffs, let alone SB, when they lose their starting QB and have to have the 2nd stringer come in...it rarely rarely happens. Sans our own Kurt Warner situation. ;)by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I believe that Stafford's experience & success with Megatron and other larger WRs have given Stafford an appreciation for size & hands over maybe the standard McVay WR that might be a bit smaller and faster with better route running. I dunno...just noticing McVay didn't really choose big/slower WRs like this until Stafford came here. As a former QB, I also know how much easier it is thby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
what 2 yrs quietly learning how to be a pro...then he steps up for us last year. BBrown might be another version of that type of player...maybe turn into another cheaper version of ARobinson at the NT spot or DE. I think Gaines is really underrated at NT too. imo we'll se how it goes...but our scouting and drafting technique is low round and a bit longer development times...and I'm cool witby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
All we need is one establishing shot of the booth guest or sideline interview....and then carry the rest on audio during the play. Man, that Sony Michel interview seemed odd and very uncomfortable. I hope that kid is gonna pony up and give it his all. Michel seemed kinda lost & lonely on the sidelines when they cut to him.....like he was alone, in a corner at a college party. lolby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
He is sure nifty in his escapability...but then he throws ugly, uncontrolled balls. He will throw a decent ball every 4 or 5 throws...but not consistently enough to me. Cut him or PS him...but I think he is what he is...and won't get too much better at passing. Passing seems to be an innate thing that one either has or clearly is on the verge of having a strong ability for. Perkins is Houdiniby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
It's his 4th year and injuries never let him stay on the field. Cut him and keep the Garrett kid. Also, I'm for letting Hekker go and rolling Bjorquez...that kid is gonna be good In fact, I think Bjorquez and had the best overall game of the PS outside of Garrett's game last week. Both Garrett & Bjorq make the team I think.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm trying to remember the past, but I'm fogged out and so much of what I'm gonna state is probably false cuz I'm not remembering correctly. I mean no offense or anything to any fan...I'm just remembering what I can. Okay, so, here it goes.... Rams vs Raiders in LA in the 80s and early 90s was tough fight for town domination. Raider fans were a notoriously rabid bunch and loved the violent/by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
We are in the all-or-nuthin phase for the next 2 years with McVay's Rams. The Rams are built to go all out for 2 SB titles before we have to start to rebuild. so a 4th rounder is nuthin.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
but does not really fast. imo He's a chain mover and will break 10-20yd runs to keep powering thru the defense....but not an explosive breakaway RB the way Henderson or even Akers can be at times. Michel is a solid RB...and what we needed for now. Like CJ Anderson kinda RB.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
runner is for those guys that have a bit more weight and get N/S very fast...and are violent runners. I do not see Michel as being able to score long runs...he's not fast but he's great up to 15-20yds and a violent runner who drives the pile when he makes contact from what I've seen of him. Akers is strong and shifty with good speed. Great mix of all attributes!! Solid all-around. Hendersoby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
especially really good ones! I wish we could trade Hekker to a team that is tired of going thru Ps and want solid stability. Because of NFL parity, soooo many games come down to a FG... or even a great punt that gives field position to their defense in waning minutes. I'll bet we see a real drive to find and develop K/Ps cuz they really can make a huge difference...especially the Kickers..by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
and he's been taught the RB fundamentals by Bellicheck/McDaniels...so, Michel is already very fundamentally sound when coming to us. We'll have Michel for 1yr rental = 4th round pick price tag. The Pats always get good value on their players in trades....and they did again. That 4th is most likely a starter for us with the way we've been drafting the last few years...so it hurts a bit. Butby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
he's slow footed but can be effective within 20yds...but will NOT outrun anyone. Michel has good hands - so that's good for our screen/short passing game. But for a 4th rounder and a 1.8m (5th yr) salary? I'd rather we kept the pick...but we need a vet that can come in and be a pro without much coaching. It's a trade we needed to make cuz of the bad luck with injuries...but Michel is pedeby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I love so many of these guys and will be saddened to lose out on some of them. Our DB coaches are fantastic at working with the scouts to get such promising talent late in the draft year in and out. Very cool. I just want us to be that way with the OL prospects. Carberry better up his coaching and get these 2nd/3rd stringers playing better. imoby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
Perhaps there may be more thinking at RG and Evans is more set on an island and let him lock up his guy. Evans had really nifty feet for RT...and I was very surprised they tried to move him inside as I thought he looked like a finesse/athletic OT...not a OG. We'll see what happens. But I really really wanted them to go hard for OL last draft and thought we'd get 1 or 2 by the 4th round. At lby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
I believe they wait until after ALL PS games are played before teams have to cut down. If that's true, that's great! It allows fringe players the experience while limiting starters chances for injuries.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

If he's a Top 10 pick and only played 1 yr of a 5yr contract??? Something doesn't smell right here. It might be they know somethin the rest of the NFL might not know yet...kinda like the trade talks of DWatson of the Texans. It's fishy for damn sure. imoby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

If Stafford goes down our season is over. period. The odds that Wolford is Warner is next to nil. Let's be smart and play for the longest season(17games) in NFL history. It's gonna be marathon...not a sprint. Hope McVay gets those fluffy DL helmets ASAP. Cuz, if Stafford hits his thumb on a hard helmet again in practice...that's ALL on McVay...and deservedly so.
