Quotewaterfield Take a look at the L.A. Times Sport's section tomorrow's edition. The letter was to benefit ALL 182 retired players -not just those who signed the letter. The HOF players were used to draw attention to the discussion which involves all retired players. I understand that; but that wasn't the point of my comment.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
Interesting 'cause those are the two names that surprised me. You'd think there would have been some kind of written document or sign-up list of former players who agreed to do this before the names were released to the media. If there was, how could any of them be wrong?by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsFanSinceLA Quote21Dog and I heard the same thing this morning on ESPN radio, this only applies to those named in the letter. In other words, everyone else who played with them is chopped liver. Mike Golic was none too pleased with the Hall of Famers. Wow, if that's true Dog, that makes it worse. One could posit that since a guy is a Hall of Famer, he's had a long, successful careerby MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
The PSL and seat location I had in St Louis would equate to the light green section in the endzone at the new stadium. My PSL was $1000 per seat, but I purchased them probably 10 years ago. The last season tickets I purchased for those seats were $700 ea. So, $2,000 for an SSL and $80 a game for the season tickets for virtually the same seat does not sound all that unreasonable to me.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com

I have the Playmakers series in my DVD collection. It's a shame that NFL forced it's demise. I liked it and thought it was pretty good. That show is actually pretty tame compared to a lot of movies that have been made since then! Ballers is basically the story of Spencer Strasmore (Duane Johnson), a retired NFL player who has taken up a new career as a financial manager of other NFL playersby MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
Anybody watch this show starring Duane "The Rock" Johnson and John David Washington (son of Denzel Washington) who was a Running Back with the Rams for a while? Anyhow, the interesting thing about this season of the show is that there is a Rams storyline. One of the characters, Charles Greane, is a former football player who is the new GM for the Rams (no, he's not playing Les Sneby MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
Of the 28 teams that have had a home game so far, Rams are 2nd to last for % home attendance (71.1). That number should go up as the season progresses.by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com

I read his letter... "I no longer feel like myself" "I'm used to playing at a high level" "I don't want to sacrifice anymore"... I get it. Every player has to leave when he feels like it's the right time for him to do it. But at the same time, does he not feel any responsibility or obligation towards his coaches and team to finish... not the season... just the fricby MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com

You were the only one to call a shutout and your prediction score of Rams 40 Cardinals 0 when the final score was 34-0 was ALMOST perfect, (if Goff had completed that pass to Woods in the endzone in the 4th qtr it would have been). But 40-0 was the closest prediction for week 2 so you're the WINNAH!!by MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
No reason for Goff to miss Cooks in the endzone there. He wasn't under pressure was he?by MamaRAMa - Game Time Forum
per text from the Rams. His return is questionable JamesJM- I didn't see that you'd already explained that in an earlier post.by MamaRAMa - Game Time Forum

Since 1974, there have been 17 games that ended in a tie thought there's never been more than 2 games in one season that ended in a tie (1986, 1997, 2016). There have already been 2 so far in the 2018 season. My question is... if there were say... 6 games or so that ended in a tie during a season, how does that affect how they determine who goes to the playoffs? Wouldn't too many tie games wby MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com
I read this and still didn't see an answer to your question but maybe it'll help.
