LA Rams rookie Stetson Bennett turns out to be more Clark Kent than Superman Bret Stuter There is a reason not to get too excited about a great debut in the NFL by a rookie, and perhaps no better example exists than LA Rams rookie backup quarterback Stetson Bennett. When he debuted in his first preseason game for the LA Rams, he showed up in solid fashion, connecting on 17 of 29 passby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Quoteroman18 I think men were considered much more masculine back then......IMO this "toxic masculinity " thing is a made up progressive idea. Men acted much more like men overall in the past than they do today. The issue with how people act in todays world is due to the laxing of penalties against doing abhorant behavior. QuoteRamgator He's a great Coach but since he has been here, very little has come from the Draft, depth wise. There's only so much you can trade for when you have nothing to offer. For such a great Offensive mind, we have had ZERO depth at QB since he has been here. Both Starters were products of others. Snead / McVay have done great at putting together winners. But now the well is BONE dry. If oby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRidgewood Ram He may be good at trading picks, but he's an raging dumpster fire when it comes to the draft. Not sure if he's involved in contracts but I wouldn't be surprised. Your feelings for Snead are well known, Ridgewood.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteden-the-coach First I would make a claim for QB Will Grier, let's face it, Bennett looks like the 2nd coming of Joe Germaine. Also, please get another kicker, don't give Brown the opportunity to miss several kicks before you make the move. Also find an edge and NT up front, it might not change the outcome, but at the very minimum, it will appear like they are trying. Obviously, we are boby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
I mostly agree with this projection, but I have a few tweaks. Snead is now forced to bring in another Backup QB via waiver or trade. We’ve got nothing behind Stafford right now. Bennett May one day be a good backup but he’s not one today. Hate to say it but Tanner Brown seems to have the yips and is missing easy FG attempts. So ironic for a kicker that was so accurate in college. Do you supby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
I really resonate with what Jake is saying in this vid. I don’t envy Snead this morning, frankly. It now looks like he’s gonna HAVE to do something at these following positions or Rams are in deep doo doo: Backup QB PK Edge DL All these positions have been exposed in these 3 preseason games. Winners and Losers from Rams 41-0 loss to Broncos Were there any winners? Kenneth Arthur If the L.A. Rams could even just have sorted out their special teams unit this offseason, that would have seemed like a good head start for the rebuild. Instead, new coordinator Chase Blackburn is not off to an ideal start because his special teams players are not off to ideal starts. The Ramby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Yeah, my confidence in several Ram things is now shot. Bennett DL Edge Tanner Brown Those are the biggies. I know that Rams wanted to look at the bottom of their roster in this game. But I sure thought our dregs could matchup better with their dregs than this 41-0 fubar. I’m just disgusted this morning.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteL.A.Rams It has been obvious for a long time that the 2023 Rams are destined for infamy. Coming off a bad season, they had serious salary cap issues and limited draft capital. As a result, an already-weak roster suffered further depletion. It is a simple matter of reality that there is no hope for this team. Might be a slight overreaction here. 49ers trading Trey Lance could actually help Rams land another backup QB market for a new backup quarterback but after seeing the performances of Stetson Bennett and Brett Rypien against the Broncos, perhaps their minds have changed. Rams' 41-0 preseason loss was one of the NFL's worst in nearly 20 years Cameron DaSilva Thankfully for the Los Angeles Rams, preseason games don’t count. QuoteRamgator With the same Players around him with the same "Game Plan", would Stafford have a stellar performance?? I ask because just 24 hours ago, everyone was high on Bennett.
