QuoteClassicalwit Didn't realize that people were realistically comparing Baker to Stafford. Ridiculous is an understatement. Worse than that, questioning if we should start Baker and trade Stafford. Prisoners of the moment.by RamsDynasty - Game Time Forum
He has regressed to his mean. The film is out on him, his weaknesses have resurfaced. I would like to keep him but I wouldn't overpay and the Baker Stafford comparisons are ridiculous.by RamsDynasty - Game Time Forum
QuoteRampage2K- ugghhhh....yep and another sea of red in an opposing teams stadium.....those cockroaches are everywhere:banghead One positive about this tire fire of a season is that I have had the time to look around the league and not obsess over the Rams. I had no idea Niners fans infest every stadium. I thought that the Rams fan base so anemic that they couldn't control their home stadium. Iby RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
Why pass against the #32 run defense. I had a strong belief that the Ram's run defense would improve with better players at the inside linebacker position. We went to below replacement level inside linebackers all the way to one of the best tandems in the league. My question about the defense is, is the soft coverage to place your shells an inherent part of this defense or is it the fact that theby RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
For me what Baker has proved is that he can succeed in an ideal situation with a team with the right culture and play calling. Minus that is he any better than Panthers/end of Browns run Baker? I am hoping that Baker desires being part of a class A organization because were he to go for the money and fail again his career might be over whereas his value might only grow with limited exposure as Raby RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
Was that he excelled with a substandard OL? There are levels to running backs and while any back can look good behind an all world OL, there is a difference between a decent back and an all world one even then. Would Akers do better behind a better OL? I have no doubt has Akers shown the ability to consistently perform at the level needed for our offense to be elite, and no I am not talking ED anby RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
I am glad the Niners do it to just about everyone. The whole taking over the Ram's homegames was so bad I was wondering if we just had the worst fan support in the league, because I rarely follow other team's games closely that don't involve the Rams. The streak is bad enough but the owning of the crowd whether home or away was tedious and disheartening.by RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
That OBJ is probably not signing with anyone this year so this might be more than random speculation because I honestly felt that OBJ wanted to be a Ram but the injury kept the Rams from pulling the trigger.by RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 QuoteRamsDynasty I feel the same way you do about the OBJ situation, that he might be back here next year. Now is the question, does us keeping Baker affect the OBJ situation? That is akin to the reason why the Rams weren't gonna sign Golden Tate with Ramsey on the roster. OBJ is the least of my Ram concerns, Dynasty. Especially with the emergence of Atwell. Just occurred to me that Baker being on the Rams. How does that make OBJ feel? he might have been secretly hoping to pull a Von a playoff win then come back to us next year.by RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
The only thing that could make this crappy season worse is the Niners winning it all.by RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
It is a proven fact the defense, this team is built around AD, so no serious judgements need be made after this game. Minus AD, minus Stafford, minus Kupp even minus Robinson what was anyone expecting? I am surprised we had a chance to win. Who on this defense showed the ability to handle press man?by RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com

The Rams would have been better off keeping Robert Woods, the bird in the hand instead of chasing Van Jefferson, Tutu Atwell, Allen Robinson or OBJ. Getting OBJ was fine but make that #3 receive spot like the Rams use the edge spot, finding an underachieving/diamond in the rough to fill a roster spot every year without a long investment unless they really overachieve.by RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
This is all bad karma for doing Robert Woods dirty. I know he is in a better position than the Rams right now but nothing has gone right since we jettisoned him. "Van is a cheaper replacement that is just as good". Is he? "ARobinson has different skillset but is a better receiver and brings more to the table." Will he now. "We don't need Bobby we have Odell", do we?by RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com
Maybe McVay was the perfect type of coach to bring in after a Fisher. Fisher gave this team a physical hard nosed demeanor which McVay changed into a perfect killing machine. Maybe now we have had too much cerebral for the last few years, and need an injection of more pure monster testosterone. I am not saying jettison McVay for Fisher but we may in fact need some of the physicality and eye for pby RamsDynasty - RamsFootballFans.com

This team is a complete dumpster fire.by RamsDynasty - Game Time Forum
Ok Rusty and if the posts were equally tough on all three phases then who could complain I wouldn't. But a ST and O suck followed by a paragraph on the ills of the defense is a bit much. Especially when it could be argued that the defense plays the way it plays because of the ineptitude of the offense. The team can survive explosive plays on defense when it can't generate them on offense.by RamsDynasty - Game Time Forum
What's the point, I don't think we can score enough if the Cards take a knee every play in the second half. The Rams Bible is no explosives so they will keep doing what they are doing.by RamsDynasty - Game Time Forum
You are right Rusty but right now all Rams fans are spoiling for a fight. The two teams we own are gonna beat us in consecutive weeks. Bucs and Cards.by RamsDynasty - Game Time Forum
People complained about Rams taking a knee against Niners before half. Go to pad your lead, be aggressive. Today's game is exhibit A, of why we took the knee in that game. That strip sack an score, tells why we did what we did.by RamsDynasty - Game Time Forum
This is all on the defense. The offense is doing way more than to be expected. Give McVay a raise and fire Raheem. Sarcasm aside I would suggest all the three and outs and the turnover deep on our side of the field might have a little to do with this.... Nah it's all Raheem and the soft coverage.by RamsDynasty - Game Time Forum
