One bad ref call away from playing in the AFC Championship game in New England. Just a month ago he makes 2nd half adjustments to come back and beat the Pats in Foxboro down 24-7 at the half and took away their #1 seed. Players love him and play for him! Was huge! On 3rd & 6 at the Chicago 43. Rams are punting if he and Stafford do not execute there. Also, if Puka didn`t fight for those extra yards, its possible Mevis may have had a longer FG attempt and missed. I was a little surprised Stafford went deep after that to both Parkinson and Ferguson on 2&6 and 3rd&6. Talk about some hard a$$ running tonight! 87 yards rushing, 2 TD`s and 30 yards receiving. Fought hard for every yard. I`m guessing he had a lot of family and friends in attendance, being that he went to college in South Bend and grew up not too far away. I think the crowd will play a big factor in this game and disrupt and rattle Stafford and the Rams offense. Right after the Rams blew the #1 seed in Seattle, I posted that I do not want to play Caleb Williams on the road in the playoffs. I`m going to stand by that.
