Offensively i would have to say Orlando Pace, especially with a healthy Gurley, but boy is Faulk tempting if Gurley is limited. Hard to pass on a franchise LT like Pace though for a young QB like Goff.
Defensively Kevin Greene is just too good a fit both on the field and in the room. Could make an argument for many more though including Deacon, Youngblood, Fletcher, etc. Also plenty of DB
