I've heard it thousands of times and still love the hell out of it. Not all of it, the middle part of the studio version is off putting a bit. But the rest of it just moves me. And its just the music from the studio version, the recording and production is all part of it... and the vocals... the words are meaningless to me... its the sound, ... the entirety of the sound. I like the live versionsby Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
He was hired to do a job that he doesn't have the ability to do. He didn't hire himself. And the we're all tired line is pretty sad and made worse by "we signed up for it". At the risk of sounding harsh, that sounds like something a loser says. But then if you're not good at what you do then you're probably not stoked to do it anyway.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I really liked Garry Shandling. I had no idea he passed. Tough year.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Any chance that the Rams got caught cheating multiple times over that span? Still strikes me as odd that anyone takes a lot of their accolades seriously. Someone posted earlier that they would want Belichick as the coach of the Rams... personally I'd rather lose than to know my team cheated to win. That's perhaps just me.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
just wrong. Good intentions but epic fail. Loved the helmets but the uni's were awful. Looks like Fisher's offense is alive and well. I like Goff more than I thought I would. Really looking forward to a professional OC. Someone posted that Baltimore went through 4 OC's in 5 years... and I look at the names and compare them to the Rams clown college grads and smh. I know that pain. Its awful. I still think about Maddie every day and its been over 2 years since we lost her. I still miss her and I still find it hard to look at pictures of her. My heart goes out to you.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
As I have said many times "I don't like Jeff Fisher" I never have liked him and there is nothing over the past 5 years that has made me feel differently about him. That said, I thought he did some good things and I thought he was the right person for the job when he was hired (at least to bring some stability)... He never really had a QB and the attempts at getting a QB seemed sopby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think an entire season has aired. I just watched the first episode tonight on ABC (on demand or whatever). Its amusing in its low brow charming sort of way... kind of like the original. If there was nothing else on it would do... again kind of like the original.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
And was it mentioned on the board? This is my main source of info so I am surprised to have found Match Game on ABC with Alec Baldwin the host. More surprised that I haven't seen it discussed here... or maybe it has... or maybe i am creating a false memory because now its starting sound familiar...by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
and see if he and Williams can rekindle the magic one more time. !!! Lol What are the chances that a new coach would retain the special teams and defensive staff? I seriously doubt someone like Harbaugh would come here without blowing everything up and running the entire show. Although I am intrigued by Gruden, I can't shake the feeling that he has been available for a decade and no one waby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I've never EVER been one to hope for a loss to get a better draft pick. But I'm a bit torn here with losing to ensure getting a new coach. And I'm not and never have been a Fisher fan. That said, I'm not convinced that if he were forced to give up the offense if that wouldn't change things for me. At least enough to see the extra two years. I think if the Rams tank and Fisher and Boras (oby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
ball... My window put "ball" on the next line. I was perfectly fine with "they couldn't catch a cold" line so I had to re-read it to find the context for the word "ball", lol... just caught me as funny at the time. I'm sure the fans weren't to "into" the game, I mean it was a scrimmage after all... Sigh... The Rams seemed so far away from being competitiby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Rams have just been unfortunate to have played 11 teams who have have schemed well against the running game. I hope the extension includes a "get a proven OC" clause in it. $20 question is will Goff have to learn a good bit of new terminology? And be like Bradford when McDaniels came in...by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
cheating... he even got caught in Denver... I like that he has prior coaching experience and will evidently try to "just win" however, when he was with Denver and the Rams he didn't sound like a leader. Just not a fan of his but that leadership can be learned so maybe he gets another shot... of course if it was his regime that spent a 1st on T-Bo then I'm not sure that is forgettable.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
So is it possible to simplify things at Tackle? Or do have they already done that? From what I have seen, it appears that the entire OL can get confused pretty quickly... so I doubt that will help him... It could be that something needs to be simplified across the board.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I mean how many coaches are fired after moving the team to a different city and starts a rookie QB? I actually think Fisher stays because of that. Not saying it's right or, heaven for fend, what I want... but I think it's already assumed unless there is a complete meltdown. I would like to see Boras replaced with a proven... how damn hard is this???.... OC. And I think Groh's audition sby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Goff actually completed the pass to Kendricks. Threw it right into his hands. DB just wanted it more or something. I didn't like the decision to throw it but it could have been a completion. There's something I like about that. Not sure if it's confidence or ability but I like it. Enjoyed the review as always.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
by the way when you play that backwards it says "Here's to my sweet Belichick" Its a hard to pill to swallow with guys like Smith and Robinson. How much is physical and how much is mental? And if its a mental thing, how difficult is football? It makes me wonder....by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
but I'm not sure its plan A (for me)... but I think that is exactly what will happen. And I am OK with something along those lines.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
There seem to be a lot of good candidates. Hard to believe that Fisher could beat out several of them... I don't know a lot about them though. Patricia is tough because he comes from the pats and you just don't know... But a "brilliant" coach? lol that would be interesting and IMO different... The same has probably been written of Fisher at one point though.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I think this team hangs it hat on moral victories which is a tactic I think Fisher has used to keep a young team motivated. But I wonder if some are more complacent with a hard fought loss.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
1. He has proven success in the NFL with a young QB. 2. He has some insight on college players. 3. He might have some new or at least modern ideas about the game. 4. He would want to crush the niners every game and bring niner week back. 5. He succeeded despite having a looney toon owner and gm who thought hiring the superintendent Snyder from One Day at a Time and Chip Kelly wereby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
Its kind of like Keenum... you bring it out when you're low on options. Perhaps it would be better when you get to a state of no longer caring. My Mom would get white wine in a box... pretty spiffy for her bridge club.by Atlantic Ram - Bucky's Pub
Thank you and same to you. I am getting under the house tomorrow to replace a disintegrating dryer duct. Woohoo!!! So if I survive that we will go to my sisters house and be fed...by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
and the QB situation. I would force his hand on the OC though to RUN the offense. Losing Snead would be OK. I would wait on the offensive firings until there was a proven OC on board... So Boras would be the only coach I would fire. And I would let Groh handle the playacting duties and limit Boras to the OC title but perhaps just focus on the running game and not call the plays or even be in oby Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
G Robs was pretty lame too. But both hits were also unnecessary. Officiating was hit or miss. What was up with Quinn's penalties? Lol.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm sure they are leery of telling anyone they extended Fishers contract. Of course like the Tavon deal, they would have to base the deal on potential rather than results. All kidding aside, this sounds like they might not have already signed fisher to a nice new fat extension. Which IMO is good news.by Atlantic Ram - RamsFootballFans.com
I could not wait to run him out of town and now I'm still glad he's gone but he way better than Boras. Boras needs to get back to vomiting during the game. I think he has become too comfortable. And honestly I would hope there is some internal change and Groh gets a shot at running the offense. They are co-coordinators I think so perhaps fisher wouldn't look as stupid.
