Not convinced it is that... but it sure seems that way. Aggravating because that should mean they can play tougher elsewhere on the field.by JamesJM - Game Time Forum
I still have to attend church this morning before the game.... little difficult to attend church when you're in head-banging mode. But I always comfort myself knowing that God is a Ram's fan. :laughing I like the early games.... a Ram's victory allows me to gloat over all the other teams playing the afternoon games. :laughing Here's to todays Ram Victory, Steve!!!!!!!!by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Of my first trip to Indy... to see the Indy 500. The video showed Stafford getting of the bus at his hotel, maybe a motel. I live in California and for the most part we don't have a clue what humidity is. We had arrived the previous evening and this morning we were leaving our motel to explore the city and later to watch a race. We had come to Indy 4 or 5 days before the big race. Due to some Niners Injuries, and my belief that Hurt is for real... I'm thinking it not unlikely that the Niners lose to the Eagles. Can't really see the Titans knocking off Seattle in Seattle... nor the Vikes outscoring the Cards in Phoenix. Pick em' off one at a time! - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
My grandson and I are going to take a loop off the main freeway and follow the original Route 66. This route will take us thru Peach Springs.... which you don't know, but actually you do! Peach Springs was the inspiration for the town of "Radiator Springs" in the movie "Cars". So, my expectations... lots of ruins. Ruins of old gas stations, motels, gift shops. but I think McVay likes the use of TE's a bit more... and from what I've seen I wouldn't argue with him. As I mentioned in another thread... Ram's didn't run many plays against Chicago, they really didn't need too. We've only seen a fraction of what this offense is capable of. It excites me because I know what I, maybe even all of us, can speculate and I have to believe our 'speculations'by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I VERY seldom use my iphone to post to the board... and extremely rarely post photos from my iphone. In fact, I had to pause and remember how to do it today. :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
It really caught me by surprise because, as I've said, that is not at all common around my neck of the woods. Almost all Niner and Raider fans here... I'm not sure the Ram's would even come in 3rd... although way back after the SB Victory I did see quite a few people with Ram's gear for a while.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I don't think it has to be a 'trick play' for Tutu to be effective. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
My point was that with that few offensive plays we most likely saw little of the playbook, and players. If you thought I meant the Rams were poor because of few plays you couldn’t possibly have been more wrong.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Even knowing no one could find me. :laughing I’m west of Fresno. Small community of Tranquillity. About 120 miles north and west of Bakersfield. If you’ve ever traveled I-5 between Bakersfield and Los Banos just when you’re sure you’ve somehow left the USA you’re close to my home.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
This is a rare sight where I live. I had just picked up my rental car and saw this. :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
The Ram's ran the least number of offensive plays of any NFL team in their opening weekend game... at 50. Detroit led the NFL with 84. As long as Henderson remains healthy I'm sure he carries most of the load... but in games where the Ram's run more than that 'low' of 50 total offensive play I'm sure Sony will be getting carries. going to be interesting to see over the next few games theby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I remember well those days of riding on that backseat shelf. Wow, you really do put on few miles. Retired now I thought I was good about that but compared to you I'm an obsessive driver. :laughing I put about 10,000 to 12,000 on my pickup per year... my wife a little more than that. But I live in the boonies, so that's really not much. Closest gas station is 7 miles from me... to take iby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
You thought I was at his mansion. :laughing :confused :lol1by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Firebaugh, Ca. Josh’s High School. He’s not here. :laughing. Well, I don’t think he is. It’s no SoFi but I like it.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
The Fearsome Foursome was my all time favorite Ram unit... then, now, and I believe forever more. I never doubted them. Hard to explain but I 'knew' they would come through. I didn't hope it, or think it possible, I knew it. Warner, Holt, Bruce, Faulk and the entire '99 offense came very close to that. Very very close. Whenever that team faced a third and 'whatever'... didn't matterby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
not having tried AD on a 1-3yd run on the goal line is what I would call " mind boggling". And that before you consider the red zone problem the Rams have been suffering in years past... add that it turns 'mind boggling" into "mind shattering"..by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I think there's a place for it but I think it's most effective when used sparingly... and very seldom in critical situations. What I would like to see when it comes to Tutu is snapping the ball while Tutu is in motion... both before he crosses the formation and before.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Being prone to jealousy and the fact that she currently has the greatest job in the world... AND she's GREAT at it... do you blame me? Ah well, she's going to miss Kerman High School's football game Friday night.. her loss. :laughingby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
if we did I was going to surprise my grandson with a white water rafting trip down the Colorado River... BUT as I said I don't think we'll have time. Gotta be home for my other grandson's football game. We MIGHT have time, however, for a Helicopter tour of the Canyon. I'd much prefer the white water trip but maybe the Helicopter tour is worth it? Have you taken it? Anyone? - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
but I often think of how open the 'world' was back then... especially compared to today. No really blaming anyone... just so many more people today.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I find two things very, very odd.... first... it seems like they did nothing to alleviate the traffic situation. and secondly, I am beyond astounded there is no hotel... a few of them actually, IN that complex. Maybe that's coming? Halibut and Sea Bass.. you made me hungry. I think seafood is my favorite. Well, mixed with a nice pasta. On TV the stadium is magnificent.... of course I'by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I remember perhaps the most anxiety ridden time for me was when Pitt., Balt., and Cleveland moved to the AFC. 1970 I think? I was terrified the Ram would be one of the teams to move.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
The only thing he left out was a drop kick for 3. :laughingby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
But lemme' begin by saying I hate the Niners.... that's fact. However, I never saw the big rivalry with the Niners that others did. First... I don't live in LA or SF or close to either.. so I have no affiliation with the 'geographic' rivalry... that meant nothing to me. Now late things have changed somewhat... but for most of my Ram fan years the Rams and Niners played VERY few meaningfuby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
respect the Packers. When the Rams beat them in '67 I felt that the Ram's had reached the pinnacle of success... that because I respected GB that much. I'm with you on the Vikes and Cowboys as well. Pretty sure that will never change. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
When Broadway Joe beat them in the SB I celebrated, boy did I ever celebrate.... and didn't even like Broadway Joe... did like WR Maynard however, who if I remember right didn't catch a single pass in that SB. Today I'm much more mature, still vindictive as hell however. :laughingby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
