IMO he's a really good GM. There are very few of those laying around and I'd rather stay with a guy who was good at that because if you select a new guy and he's not good it will set the team back 6 plus years. 3 years while he is making a mess and 3 more to clean it up. This will get picked apart but IMO 2 or 3 people on the team are more important than the HC. The QB, the Owner, the GM/guby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
Linehan and Spagnuolo. If you made it through that........by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
It seems to me that he gets away from the run, at least he seemed to have Keenum throwing a lot even in tight games. I'm not going to look up all of the numbers but Gurley has only 4 games with 20+ attempts and 5 with 15 or less. So something is up with Gurley. Then give Cunningham and Austin more chances. Yet Cunningham has only 21 attempts and Austin has 19. Last year Austin had 52 carriesby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
“I’m so busy here, I was honestly unaware he was extended. I’m being honest with you, we’re just working here,” Fisher said. “I look at this as being my responsibility, the win-loss record. We need to do a better job from a personnel standpoint. We’ve had some unfortunate things take place with some high picks in Stedman Bailey and Tre Mason and those kinds of things you don’t anticipate. Albeby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
I would have done it if the Falcons had offered him to the Rams and I was the GM.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
It's not out of the realm of possibility that all three of them are doing that. It's also not out of the realm of possibility that none of them are looking for a new HC.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
You asked for that LOL.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
One bite at a time. 15MIL is a number that has come from somewhere.........but it doesn't seem to make sense since this extension is a one year deal with a one year option. Anyway..........your comment about tea leaves is IMO on the mark.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
And that's what I am saying all of this is.......different peoples thoughts. I like King, I think he is one of the few good ones left. He's not a clickwhore and he calls it like he sees it rather than cowtowing to a Program Director and there aren't a lot of those left. But I don't think he is getting a glimpse inside the doors. I don't think anyone is getting that. These 4 guys don't tip tby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
I know Linehan was poor as a HC, but he is a fantastic OC especially when he has a QB to work with. Look at how the Cowboys are playing and he has a big role there. He did in DET too.. I don't think Hue Jackson is going to survive the year in CLE because I think they are going to go 0-16 and Haslem is not a good owner. If they go 0-16 it will be the only "true" winless season in tby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
It's his opinion based on the little itty bitty bits of info are out there. And everyone has the same info, and there are varying opinions. So to me using the word guess is within parameters in this particular situation and at this moment. Things can change, more stuff may come out. But that also depends on how people view a COO coming out and verbally supporting a HC. Sometimes it ends badby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't see three guys who really like each other and work tightly together going through those motions in a PR chess game with each other. I think Kroenke, Snead, Demoff and Fisher know what's going to transpire, either based on what the possibilities are or for all we know the path is already set in stone, and that's that. IMO it's probably that simple. Kroenke and Demoff are calculating, aby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
We just can't call this. Kreonke is more likely to stick to his plan (whatever that is) than to make a change for the sake of change. Fisher could go 1-3 and keep the job for a year, then win 9 games next year and they will pick up the option. He could go 3-1 and Kroenke may have already decided to let him go two weeks ago. Or he could keep him for next year. We don't know and frankly anby LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
GSOT and GATE there we go.....by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
That isn't a big plus either IMO.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
First there is very, very little chance that Fisher is getting fired with just a few games left. It almost never happens and these two guys like each other. I don't see Kroenke humiliating someone he very much likes to satisfy some loudmouth media types and unhappy fans that he doesn't really care about in the first place. Are you saying Wellingtons kids are like him?by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm willing to post more articles about how EVERY fan base of Kroenke's teams don't like how he is handling them. Seriously? You think you know more about this because you are from the UK? Sorry Tim, he's not well liked by ANY of the fans of his teams. He's Georgia Part Two. With more money and more teams.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
This has NOTHING to do with feeling about the Rams. My issue is with Dickerson being a total azzhat then putting his hand out for some freebies. I have been clear about that. You find it acceptable. I don't.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
He is certainly not the voice of the fans. That's not to say most fans don't agree with him about wanting Fisher fired but he doesn't speak for anyone other than himself IMO. And plenty of guys in STL over the years and now in LA that are in the media have done a better job articulating issues. Dickerson sounds like the reality TV version of a "reporter". Maybe people like that I guess,by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
So it wasn't a few fans, and he isn't popular among his soccer teams fans, and he isn't among Rams, Nugget or Avs fan overall. And Rams fans were yelling "Kroenke Sucks". So that is two groups of paying customers, the people putting big cheddar in his pocket. Some reading material for you. And too often people use that defense and win for shooting an unarmed person multiple times, or in the back, or when they are on the ground with a bullet in them already and are helpless. I'm OK with the idea, but the laws need to be revised and the application more restrictive.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
He doesn't have enough net worth to build a stadium but he has plenty of money, he just won't spend his own.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
He's done nothing but prove that he is a self centered, arrogant, entitled jerk and seems to have trouble with telling the complete truth. Literally nothing he said points to anything other than that.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com

I can't think of any of the guys who left and took HC positions that did well. Mangini McDaniels Crennel I think a couple of guys have gone to college programs.........but I only list the NFL guys The Browns were dumb enough to hire two of the three I listed LOL.by LesBaker - RamsFootballFans.com
