Ok, this may be a stupid question but here goes. In the case of injuries to a knee like Puka suffered, or an ankle like Kupp is battling through. How do these players keep up their cardio shape? Obviously, they can lift weights for upper body & do core work. I am sure it depends on the injury. Do they swim? Tread water? Stationary bike? Elliptical? Puka has been out for weeks, how does hby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't want to be the turd in the punch bowl, ........ I know Tutu played very well, in a must win situation, thank god. Credit to him. But, I have a real concern I have noticed in his Rams career. He does not catch the ball well, he double clutches many balls. He does not pluck the ball out of the air, he kind body catches and corrals the ball. How many times does he bobble the ball? Sounds awesome! I will be there with my youngest son. I will be wearing white #85 Youngblood jersey. Looking forward to seeing The Herd. Safe travels everyone.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Best tailgates ever!!! Incredible food and the best Bloody Mary's on the planet. I am going with my son. We are sitting in section 139. The timing was rough for this one. GO RAMS!!!by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope everyone had a safe and very Merry Holiday season. Wishing everyone a safe and prosperous New Year!!! First of all, what a surprising year this has become. I did not think we would be sitting here in week 17 with a chance for the Rams to go to the playoffs.!!!! Make it or not, this has been an exciting year! I wanted to know if any Herd members are going to the Giants game? The Heby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
No idea while he actually plays. Give some of these other WR's a shot. VJ DOES NOT compete.by RamFanInPA - Game Time Forum
Just absolutely no pressure is death in the NFL. Going to be a long season because of that. Obviously we know where the Rams will be putting their money in FA next season. Can't continually lose on the LOS and win games at ANY level.by RamFanInPA - Game Time Forum
There will be tons of young player mistakes.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Thoughts and prayers go out to his loved ones. Appreciated his many posts over the years. RIPby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
With all the competition for open positions, I am anxious to watch the pre-season games this year!! The are so very few positions carved in stone. Should be fun. I hope for good health for all these prospects, let the best players win. Go Rams!!!by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Is there any reason on the planet that the Rams should not sign former San Diego State punter Matt Araiza? All charges were dropped against the young man. Is he still punting in Mexico for the Tijuana Galgos? He is only 22, and he was amazing. I have a feeling the Rams will be punting quite a bit this season. Thoughts?by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
RamPages paid me off with a hat. I still have the hat. I was told I was the 3rd subscriber. Damn the Rams were bad back then. I couldn't wait for each issue to arrive.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
They were decimated in so many areas. But, I believe in the long run it may benefit them.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
How about work on just being competitive first? Rams have more holes than a block of swiss cheese. They are cap struck, have many players coming back from injury, no high draft capital, and major coaching staff changes coming. I would be amazed if they could be in the playoff hunt. The NFC is QB weak, but the Rams are extremely weak on both LOS.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
McVay is no dummy, he knows the Rams must evolve a bit to compete against the 49ers. There will be changes now going forward. Increased physicality is a must with the Rams. Mike LaFleur will lend insight into how the 49ers attacked the Rams as well. He knows how the Rams were viewed specifically by the 49ers. The 49ers have owned the Rams, McVay knows things must change. Status quo will not cby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Can't argue that point. Other than Kupp, nothing at WR. OL is subpar at every single position. TE is below average. Absolutely nothing at RB. Wow, that is depressing. Now, the big question is, how do you go about rebuilding? I never thought I would say it, but, the Rams are in a total rebuild mode. Didn't even touch on the defense.... I believe the Rams need to start from the inside out.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
The retool needs to start NOW. Time to be SELLERS. Many weaknesses on this squad, need picks to retool. Time to start accumulating them ASAP.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I pray the Rams don't overpay for any players available at the trade deadline. One or two players are not going to help this team one iota. The Rams may want to unload some underachieving high-priced disappointments. I stated a few weeks ago, and believe more than ever, the window with this group has been slammed shut. Let's be honest, Donald is not mentally engaged like he has been previouslyby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope you are right!!! I just don't see where the OL and OLB improvement is going to come from? I just believe if you can't protect and can't get pressure in the NFL it could be a real long season.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
The retirement of Whitworth at LT has been a crippling loss. His play, consistency, and leadership has been a huge loss to a unit that was barely good enough. Noteboom has been underwhelming. Nobody has even shown the slightest reason for optimism at OLB. Group producing absolutely nothing. The loss of Von Miller has been ENORMOUS imho. The injury to Beckham has been devastating to thby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
He couldn't do less than the other WR's not named Kupp. The way this team is currently constructed it is going nowhere. Why not let the young players learn and grow?by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
After another beatdown courtesy of the 49ers, McVay looked completely different in last night's postgame presser. He looked like a guy that knew he/his team does not have what it needs to beat the 49ers. I do not believe it is capable of being "fixed" this season. The OL is just overmatched, even when healthy, they are overmatched. Their depth is simply subpar across the board. Theby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
If Odell Beckham Jr is to sign with the Rams again, when would it make logical sense for the Rams and him to do so? Thoughts?by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
But, the Rams would most likely recoup a 3rd round pick, if he signs a huge deal.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, I am surprised that ALL of his deep balls are short. Release it sooner!!! He has so many deep underthrown interceptions it is phenomenal. It has been consistent problem all season. Did he do that in Detroit as well? Is he a horrible deep ball thrower?by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I know the board is feeling crushed and down after another 49ers loss. I truly believe if the Rams played the 49ers a hundred times, with the current rosters, the Rams may win one or two. 49ers are built to beat the Rams, they are better, they know it and unfortunately the Rams know it as well. All that being said, who has an actual strong belief the Rams will win on Monday? I believe the 49eby RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, I was sitting with a friend (Giants fan) and we both noticed and watched the entire situation intently. I am not overly concerned, but I definitely was not happy about what I witnessed as well. Obviously, Whitworth saw what was going on as well and felt compelled to meet Ramsey on the field before he ever reached the sideline.by RamFanInPA - RamsFootballFans.com
I wanted to bring something to light that I noticed at the game on Sunday. As the game was winding down, I was adamant that the Rams NEEDED to get their defensive starters out of the game. Eventually, they all were except for ONE. TWICE a replacement entered the game only to be waived off by the player. After two failures, McVay called timeout, just to get this guy off the field!!! Bob, thanks to you and your crew for an amazing tailgate that you presented prior to the game!! Everyone, this was a blast to say the least!!! The bloody mary's were amazing! The breakfast and lunch food was out of this world!!! The Herd and other people (both Rams and Giant fans) were a total football fest. Laughing, eating, drinking, and talking football current and past. On top of everythinby RamFanInPA - The RamsFootballFans.com Tailgate Party
